Activision Blizzard currently utilises www.dseforyou.com for the provision of DSE Assessments for our European Headquarters in the UK and it has been so successful, we are now rolling out across all of our European territory offices. We have found the entire system to be cost effective, extremely user friendly and concise in meeting the requirements of our business.
The fact that real actors and up to date workstation equipment had been used throughout the individual training modules really does convey a concise accurate message and understanding of today's office requirements. We find it far more personal than the line drawing diagrams of the past and our staff seem to relate better to this method of video and online training. This significantly reduces the number of direct queries that I get from staff on how to set up their workstation, which of course, is another added benefit.
The subsequent assessment carried out by the health and safety professionals has both identified the improvements and individual needs without generalising and where required, their attendance to discuss specific requirements has extremely thorough and well received by our end users.
We look forward to this package being further enhanced during 2010 to include home workers and expectant mothers, and to further the wellbeing and comfort of Activision Blizzard staff in the process.
